A period in the decanter to settle and refine the oil in oxygen-free stainless steel containers under inert gas, to maintain the typical aroma and the flavour of each variety. A modern oil cellar where all the technical operations -  load of the oil from the mill, filtering  and download to the bottling plant -  are mechanically done.
We are projecting a new cellar to increase our storage capacity to 1.000.000 of litres; modern architecture in the sign of the quality. Not just for taste, but for eyes too.
