Quality on the field, perceived by studying the soil and the plants, harvesting the fruit and transforming the olives into oil using an integral cold pressing plant, without adding water to preserve the typical aroma and flavour of each variety. Quality in the storage, that is done in oxygen free stainless steel decanters; quality in the filtering without adversely affecting desirable characteristics as the colour and the aroma.
Quality during the bottling process, indeed with every single phases is attended to provide a finished product fully guarantee. For packaging, we also utilise high quality level glass, steel and cardboard box. At Tornisìa we produce in accordance with stringent standards without any compromise.
We need to be able to rely on research and the application of new technologies, as well as experience and observance of traditions in order to guarantee quality, even for high production volumes.
